Tues Morning Yoga – Join Melissa Affronti, Registered Yoga Teacher & experience a slow-placed yoga class with a focus on holding the postures. Participants will practice steadying the body and breath, which can result in a beautiful centering of body, mind, and spirit. Each class will focus on opening one of the seven chakras (special energy centers) throughout the practice. Some Yoga experience is necessary to participate in the class. This will be a level 1 to 2 Yoga class meaning that more modifications will be offered for varying levels of flexibility and strength. Class is EVERY Tuesday morning for 6 to 12 weeks.
