Introduction to Yoga

Learn the fundamentals of yoga in a trial class or we offer an eight week course. Each class will include yoga philosophy, breath (pranayama), postures (asanas), and meditation. All are welcome – no experience is necessary. The fundamentals of the postures will be taught, and only beginner level postures will be offered.  If you have thought about trying yoga, but have hesitated, now is the time!
