Meet New Fitness Trainer Lee Doyle, CPT

After growing up and living in Mississippi, Lee relocated to the area 6 years ago. With a Bachelors of Science in Education Lee has taught in the education system for several years. Lee is a certified personal trainer through nationally recognized Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX. She attends numerous trainings and workshops to continue learning the latest skills and techniques for maintaining optimal health. A personal trainer for almost 5 years her passion and primary focus is to help people achieve a healthier lifestyle. Lee specializes in weight loss, as well as, training for flexibility, mobility, and pain reduction. “My goal is for you to enjoy fitness so you will maintain an active lifestyle. I train one on one with individuals and small groups as well as instruct classes.” Lee’s Strength Through Motion Class will be starting May 1st Monday & Thursdays 4:30 – 5:30pm.
