Strong Body, Calm Mind- Yoga offered

For four weeks beginning on July 25th to experience a slow-placed yoga class with a focus on holding the postures. Participants will practice steadying the body and breath, which can result in a beautiful centering of body, mind, and spirit.
Each class will focus on opening one of the seven chakras (special energy centers) throughout the practice. Some Yoga experience is necessary to participate in the class.
This will be a level 1 to 2 Yoga class meaning that more modifications will be offered for varying levels of flexibility and strength. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15pm.
