AVID Indoor Fun!

Throw your next party at Avid Indoor Golf! You do not have to rent the entire facility or a room, however, smaller parties more than 4 people must be discussed & priced in advance. Each simulator has seating for 4 people so if you wish to have more than that for your reservation we need to know.

For a more private experience, corporate events, fundraisers, birthday parties, etc. we recommend facility rentals options below. Our Event Coordinator and staff will ensure guests have a great experience. We set up buffet tables for catered food and we do all the clean up!

’23 Simulator Party & Private Event Pricing:

Avid Party Room & Simulator Rental- (8-12 people) Includes private use of 2 wide golf simulators, pool table, dart board and putting area. Party room and sim rental is $500 for a 3-hour minimum, plus $200 F&B minimum(plus tax & 20% gratuity).

Avid Bar Room & Simulator Rental- (12-40 people) Includes private use of 4 golf and game simulators with seating. Room and sim rental is $800 for a 3-hour minimum, plus $200 weekday 8am-5pm F&B min or $400 weekend F&B min(plus tax & 20% gratuity) & $100 admin charge. Additional room rental time is $200/hour if more time is desired.

Full Avid Facility Rental- (41-70 people) Includes private use of entire facility described above, all 6 simulators and party lounge area. Entire facility rental is a flat rate of $1500 for 3-hour minimum, plus $600 F&B minimum(plus tax & 20% gratuity) & $100 admin charge. Additional facility rental is is $300/hour.

We recommend having food catered from your favorite commercial food establishment for all parties and events. Our kitchen is not designed for large gatherings. Our Event Coordinator can help plan details for your special event.

*Request facility rental early in advance to secure your date and time. We require 100% simulator rental deposit in advance in order to hold your reservation. We do not offer deposit returns due to COVID or any reason within 2 weeks of your event. Please note: Children under 12 are no longer allowed to attend parties and events. Golf not your thing? Unleash your inner athlete on our MultiSport Simulator Sim (Sim #2 only) We have 13 interactive sport-experience games where you can play head-to-head or against the computer. Competition LASER SHOT Shooting:

Check out this video to see laser shot in action! We have shooting ranges and numerous target scenarios and hunting simulations. You must be 18 years of age or accompany an adult to reserve and use Laser Shot shooting simulation. Real guns are not allowed in our facility however, we have ones that look and feel real but fire lasers at the 15′ screen. Laser Shot is the same system used for competition and professional training. Save your ammo and reserve your shooting time today (Only available on Simulator #4).
