This is a HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)cardio class. We do 20+ ever-changing functional movement patterns using body weight for 60 seconds each and 15 second rest in between. This is a total body, fat-shredding, heart-pumping, fun session. Bring your sweat towel, water bottle & and friend. – All fitness levels welcome
