Girl’s Day In the Gym!

Start getting the summer beach body you want by LEARNING what to do with weights and how to do it correctly! I’ll start the class by teaching proper warm up and mobility drills. Then I will teach exercises with modifications and progressions so EVERYONE will be able to perform them at their own level/ability (No previous training experience needed, I will teach you what you need to know!) The last 20-30 minutes will be a kick ass workout (at your own pace!) with the exercises I have taught so everyone can give them a try and I can provide feedback on form/technique. *Only $15/person *Limited to 12 ladies- must sign up to reserve your spot *Designed to be very instructional so you feel confident to do these exercises on your own or at the gym and feel comfortable knowing you are doing it safely *We will be jamming most likely to 90s pop radio 😉 Let’s have some fun!
