Start getting the summer beach body you want by LEARNING what to do with weights and how to do it correctly! I’ll start the class by teaching proper warm up and mobility drills. Then I will teach exercises with modifications and progressions so EVERYONE will be able to perform them at their own level/ability (No previous training experience needed, I will teach you what you need to know!)
