OPEN TO ALL. This class allows individuals to train for improvements in every day life activities. We use weights, resistance training, real life functional movement patterns all executed in a fun and creative way. You will walk away feeling confident and ready to take on daily activities with more energy. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well-rounded program. This low-impact class will rev your metabolism, help you lose weight and feel great. First class is FREE and limited to 15 participants. Class runs Monday and Wednesdays from 6:15-7:00pm.
